Coffee Run
Join this fun running group while supporting the local community. Meet once a week for a 4 mile run. Each run will last about 1hr. Running workouts will vary and will include, but not be limited to hill repeats, speed training, fartlek runs. Light strength and conditioning training will be included at times. This group is for all levels of runners/walkers. No previous experience with running is needed
