Inside all of us lives an athlete, ready to show up everyday and be our best. Even the greatest athlete needs two things, inspiration and motivation. Inspired by me and motivated by your fellow teammates, this dynamic and interactive 6 week training program will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility as well as nutrition tips. The result, a happier, healthier, stronger version of yourself.

Barre (pronounced Bar)


Barre is a fun, low impact full body workout that focuses on flexibility, stability and strength. The use of controlled movements, strengthens, lengthens and increases body awareness. An added benefit is also improved balance. Incorporating elements from various modalities such as dance, yoga, pilates and strength training, this music-filled class is designed for all ages, all body types and various fitness levels. No prior experience needed!
