Inspired by me and motivated by your fellow teammates, this dynamic and interactive training program will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility as well as nutrition tips. The result, a happier, healthier, stronger version of yourself.

Sculpt & Strength Fusion

 

This fun, low-medium impact class is a  full body workout that focuses on flexibility, stability and strength. With a  combination of Pilates, Barre and traditional strength training moves this class is designed to get you fitter and stronger, all while toning your body. This class is designed for all body types and fitness levels.
