Service Description

We meet once a week for an easy run/walk that will last approx 1hr. Running workouts will vary and will include, but not limited to, hill repeats, speed training, and fartlek runs. Light strength and conditioning training will be included. Everyone is welcome! This group is for all levels of runners/walkers. See you there!
